All Committees are created and chaired by the Board. Any Logica member may apply for voting membership in a Committee by contacting the chair. The application for voting Committee membership will then be approved/denied by the Board by majority vote. Logica members may join a Committee in non-voting capacity at the discretion of the Chair and/or the CxO to which it reports. Each Committee Chair is responsible for operationalizing the group, officiating meetings, posting minutes, and managing members, either directly or by delegation.
